Wy Wurri Alpacas is situated 13km from Monto on the Gladstone Monto road. Enjoy mingling with these very social animals whose fleece have become known as the fibre of the gods.
Wander through the 4 acre of rainforest and enjoy the presence of the many birds visiting the habitat. View the collection of old wares and bottles that is housed in the newly restored slab hut of the old Mungungo store, which was built in 1924 just around the corner.
Bush Tucker, Hoop Pine and Spotted Gum trees ahve been planted, as well as 30 species of rare fruit trees have also been established. Wy Wurri has it all for the visitor to look at and wander through. It is a working enterprise so please contact before touring out.
